International and Canadian Clients Please Contact us about rates. We essentially offer, Express Mail Service, by post office. It will take about 3-7 days and Air Mail. Air mail is the regular air mail with insurance. This takes about 7 days or more dependant on the receiving post office.

Ohio residents will require a 5.75% sales tax
California residents will require a 8.50% sales tax

We regret the fact that we do not offer on-line ordering at this time. To place an order we offer you several choices:

1) You can always email your order along with credit card billing information to us, but we do not offer secure transactions at this point. Best to fax or call in with your credit card info separately on security matter. Again, emailing credit card number information is not recommended by us.

2) You can email us your order and directly mail your order with payment of a money order or check to us.

All Product with broken Manufacture Sealing will not be accepted for refund.

RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization) is require for all returning packages. Other wise it will be rejected on location. To Receive a RMA#. Please contact us 4 here.

If the received item is damaged by shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. For all cds, cd roms, cards, printed publication, posters item are final. We only accept exchange the same item if damaged by shipping and when called within the listed period. (trading collectable items are not exchange able once is opened).

Received the "Wrong Item" in my package?
Not to panic! The Anime Palace will need you to return it with the RMA# within 7 days of receipt. detail instruction will be provide by our RMA staff.
