We essentially offer, UPS Ground & US Postal Service to most states within America. UPS Ground take about 3-5 business days. Regular Parcel Mail by Post Office takes 1-2 weeks by default.

International and Canadian Clients Please Contact us about rates. We essentially offer, EMS EXPRESS Service by the post office. Global Priority Mail Class takes 1-2 weeks by default.

We currently do not have a functioning on-line shopping store. Instead, to place an order. We offer you several workable choices:

Best is to fax or call in with your credit card info separately for security matter. Again, emailing credit card number information is not recommended by us.

Return Policy:

All Product with broken Manufacture Sealing will not be accepted for refund.

Refund only subject to purchase price minus the initial delivery postage cost. If approved. please contact >> email for approve.

RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization) is require for all returning packages. Other wise it will be rejected on location. To Receive a RMA#. Please contact us >> here.

If the received item is damaged at arrival, please contact us within 10 days of receipt. For all cds, cd roms, cards, printed publication, posters item are final. We only accept exchange for the same item if damaged by the courier. All damaged goods must report within the allowing time frame above. (trading collectable items are not exchange able once is opened).

Received the "Wrong Item" in my package?
Not to panic! The Anime Palace will need you to return it with the RMA# within 10 days of receipt.
Since error is from us. The return postage will be reimbursable. Detail instruction will be provide by our RMA staff.
